SHIPPING
Shipping
Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are used exactly as inputted by yourself when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
You have a choice of Shipping Methods either via First Class Mail or Express Courier next day delivery for UK and International Airmail or ROW Express for outside the UK.
The following delivery times can be used as a guideline and will depend on stock availability:
First Class Mail: this will be despatched first class by Royal Mail. The Royal Mail has advised us that packages sent by first class mail generally arrive within 1-2 days of posting.
International Airmail: this will be despatched first class by Air Mail. Upon entering the shipping country, it will enter the postal system of the country concerned. It is our experience that goods delivered using this method arrive within 3-5 days of despatch for European destinations, and within 5-7 days of despatch for the Rest Of The World.
Shipping Options
If you are ordering a number of items with differing availability times, you can select when you would like the goods to be shipped out to you. You have two Shipping Options: -
1) Complete Shipment - The order will be shipped when all items are available for despatch, or we may part ship if one of the other items on the order is out of stock. If we decide to part ship you will not be charged any additional postage costs:
Automatic Part-shipments
UK Part-ship every 5 days
Europe Part-ship every 7 days
Rest Of World Part-ship every 10 days
2) Immediate Shipment - Items on your order will be shipped as they become available every 24 hours (excluding Sunday). Your shipping charges will be greater than for option (1), the postage charge displayed will be the maximum fee if every item was shipped separately. In practise, however, most orders are despatched within 2 shipments.
Delivery Costs
Owing to the many different combinations of items that may form an order, it is difficult to offer a universal shipping cost.
If you wish to find out the delivery costs for a specific order, you may wish to place all the required items into your Shopping Bag and proceed to the Checkout page.
There is no obligation to buy at this point, but you can glance at the shipping costs by the various shipping methods. If you wish to go ahead with the purchase, you may then submit your order.
RETURNS
Incorrect or Faulty items
If you have received items that are not the ones that you ordered, or that prove to be faulty, you can return them by calling the SWSshop office on 02920 916667.
